Do you own your servers?
Yes, all server hardware is owned and maintained by TropiHost. We utilize some of the latest hardware that is available on the market such as Intel Xeon E5 CPU's, ECC RAM and Samsung Solid State Drives (SSD) for optimal performance and reliability.
Do you have any guarantees?
Yes, TropiHost is focused on providing the highest level of service such as uptime and performance. If a server's uptime is less than 99.9% for a month, clients will be compensated or refunded. We also provide a 7-day refund policy for new virtual private server clients.
Can I cancel at any time?
You sure can! TropiHost has never enforced or offered service length contracts. This means that you are free to cancel at any time, without any fees or painful negotiation. Without a contract, this also allows for easy and automatic upgrades right from the client area!
Can I install Windows operating system?
Yes, we utilize KVM virtualization on all of our servers which allows for both Windows and Linux operating systems to be installed. Ready-to-go Windows template are available for an additional cost and all clients also have access to our Windows Server ISO files through the control panel.
Are your servers unmanaged?
Yes, our current line of virtual private servers are unmanaged. This means that any advanced or non-uptime affecting tasks will not be conducted by our support team, such as installing software. However, we will always point you in the right direction and offer professional advice!
